That is really a problem, but I hope with time apple will fix this issues, I have even heard apple will try and remove rosseta in some other regions - https://appleinsider.com/articles/21/03/03/upcoming-macos-113-update-may-remove-rosetta-2-in-some-regions. I can't say for sure if it is because apple wants app developers to port thier apps fast to native ARM version or maybe some other reason only apple knows. But still i beleive with time the power of the chip could be harnessed.
